Dial 1600 from your NTC mobile or landline. Follow the voice instructions. When asked, enter your symbol number using your keypad. The system will read out your result. If the line is busy on result day, wait a few minutes and try again. This method works even in areas with no internet access.

First try refreshing the page after 5 to 10 minutes. If it still does not load, switch to the SMS method immediately. Send SEE followed by your symbol number to 1600 on NTC or 35001 on Ncell. If SMS is also delayed, try the IVR method by calling 1600.
If you want to check later, the result stays available online for several days. Checking the next morning when traffic is much lower is perfectly fine. Your result does not change.
