What You Need to Check SEE Marksheet 2082
You need two things ready before you start.
- Symbol number
- Date of birth
Your symbol number is printed on your SEE admit card. It is a combination of numbers and a letter, for example 0201382D. Enter it exactly as printed. Do not add spaces or change anything.
Your date of birth is needed for the full marksheet view. The format on see.ntc.net.np is YY-MM-DD. For example if you were born on 15 Aswin 2059, you enter 59-06-15. Some portals use YYYY/MM/DD format so check what the site asks before entering.
If you have lost your admit card and do not know your symbol number, contact your school administration immediately. Schools keep records of every student’s symbol number. You can also visit the NEB office in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur with your citizenship or birth certificate to recover it.
How to Check SEE Result 2082 with Full Marksheet Step by Step
Follow these simple steps.
- Visit official SEE result website like see.ntc.net.np
- Open the marksheet or grade sheet option
- Enter your symbol number
- Enter your date of birth
- Click submit
- Your full marksheet will appear on the screen
Open any browser on your phone or computer. Go to see.ntc.net.np. On the homepage you will see two options. One is for basic result and one is for gradesheet or marksheet. Click on gradesheet or marksheet.
Enter your symbol number exactly as printed on your admit card. Then enter your date of birth in the format the site asks. On see.ntc.net.np the format is YY-MM-DD. Click submit or search.
Your full marksheet will appear on the screen showing your name, symbol number, all subjects, grades, grade points, and overall GPA.
Look for the print or download button on the marksheet page. Click it to save your marksheet as a PDF. Save it on your phone and take at least one printout. You will need the physical copy for college admission. Websites are often slow on result day so downloading your marksheet early saves you trouble later.
If the website gives an error or does not load, the server is overloaded. Wait 10 to 15 minutes and try again. You can also try soce.gov.np or results.ekantipur.com as alternatives.
Official Websites to Check SEE Result 2082 with Marksheet
Three official websites publish the SEE result with full marksheet.
see.ntc.net.np is the main portal run by Nepal Telecom. This is the most widely used and most reliable website for SEE results. The marksheet view is available directly on this site.
soce.gov.np is the official government portal for the Office of the Controller of Examinations. This is the second most reliable source and often has less traffic than NTC.
results.ekantipur.com is a widely used mirror site. It tends to load faster on result day when the main websites are overloaded.
On result day, all three websites slow down significantly. Hundreds of thousands of students try to check at the same time. If one site is not loading, try another. SMS or IVR are the fastest alternatives when websites are too slow.
How to Download SEE Marksheet 2082 as PDF
After your marksheet appears on the website, look for a print or download button at the bottom of the page.
Click it and your browser will open a printable version of your marksheet. From there you can save it as a PDF by choosing Save as PDF in the print settings. Save the file on your phone and email it to yourself as a backup.
Print at least two physical copies. One for yourself and one as backup. College admission offices require a printed copy of your marksheet. Many offices do not accept screenshots.
If the download button is not working on result day because of heavy traffic, visit the website the next morning when traffic has dropped. Your marksheet stays available online for several weeks after the result is published.
What Is the Difference Between Basic Result and Full Marksheet?
Many students do not know there are two different views on the result website.
The basic result shows only your symbol number and whether you passed or failed. You only need your symbol number for this view.
The full marksheet shows your name, symbol number, every subject you appeared in, the grade you received in each subject, the grade point for each subject, and your overall GPA. You need both your symbol number and date of birth to see the full marksheet.
Always check the full marksheet. The basic result is not enough for college admission. You need the full gradesheet to apply anywhere.
What Details Are Shown in Your SEE Marksheet 2082
Your full SEE marksheet shows all of the following information.
Your full name as registered with NEB. Your symbol number. The name of your school and district. The year of the examination. Every subject you appeared in with the letter grade and grade point for each. Your total grade points. Your overall GPA on a 4.0 scale. Your final result status.
Understanding your grades is simple. A plus means 90 to 100 marks with grade point 4.0. A means 80 to 89 with grade point 3.6. B plus means 70 to 79 with grade point 3.2. B means 60 to 69 with grade point 2.8. C plus means 50 to 59 with grade point 2.4. C means 40 to 49 with grade point 2.0. D means 35 to 39 with grade point 1.6. NG means below 35 marks in theory or below 40 percent in internal assessment.
Use our SEE GPA calculator after checking your marksheet to calculate your exact overall GPA and understand what it means for your +2 stream options.
Is the Online SEE Marksheet Official?
The online marksheet from see.ntc.net.np is a provisional marksheet. It is accurate and shows your correct grades but it is not the final official document for all purposes.
Your school will distribute physical printed marksheets issued by NEB after the result is published. This physical marksheet is the official document you need for long term record keeping, international applications, and official verifications.
For college admission in Nepal, the online marksheet is generally accepted at most institutions during the initial admission process. But you will need to submit the physical official marksheet during final enrollment.
This method works even in areas with no internet or mobile data. It is particularly useful for students in remote areas or when both websites and SMS are delayed.
How to Check School Ledger for SEE Result 2082

What to Do After Checking SEE Result 2082
Download and save your marksheet first. Take a printout immediately.
Then calculate your GPA using our SEE GPA calculator. This will tell you exactly which stream you are eligible for in Plus 2.
If your GPA is 2.0 or above with strong Maths and Science grades, Science stream is open to you. If your GPA is between 1.6 and 2.0, Management and Humanities are the most practical options.
Colleges across Nepal start publishing admission notices within 2 weeks of the result. Some colleges fill seats quickly so research your preferred colleges early.
If you are unsure which stream to choose, you can read our guide on which stream is best after SEE in Nepal. It covers Science, Management, and Humanities in detail with GPA requirements for each. You can also check the specific GPA requirements for Science, Management, and Humanities to confirm which stream your result qualifies you for.
What to Do If Your Result Shows NG
NG means Not Graded. It means you scored below 35 marks in the external exam or below 40 percent in internal assessment for that subject.
If you received NG in one or two subjects, you can appear for the SEE supplementary exam. NEB announces the supplementary exam schedule within 2 to 3 weeks after the main result. Students can register for the grade improvement examination in August 2026 after NEB releases the official notice.
To pass SEE supplementary, you need at least D grade in each subject and C grade in aggregate. If you get more than two NG subjects, you may need to repeat class 10.
Contact your school administration as soon as the result comes out if you received NG. They will guide you through the supplementary exam registration process.
If you received NG in any subject, apply for the supplementary exam through your school as soon as NEB announces the schedule.
This is only for authorized school use. Students should check their own result through see.ntc.net.np.
What to Do If You Are Not Satisfied with Your Marks
If you feel your grade in a particular subject is lower than expected, you can apply for retotaling or rechecking.
Retotaling means NEB adds up your marks again to check for calculation errors. Rechecking means NEB reviews your answer sheet more carefully. Applications are submitted through your school within 7 days of the result publication. The fee for rechecking is around NPR 300 to NPR 500 per subject.
If an error is found your marks will be corrected and your marksheet will be updated. You can apply through exam.neb.gov.np/see after the result is published.
For the full step by step rechecking process, you can read our guide on how to recheck SEE marks in Nepal.
